走进小候鸟的内心世界----家长课堂Entering the Inner World of Migrant Children — Parent Workshop

谭岚天于8月31日晚20：00~22：00通过线上腾讯会议的方式举行走进小候鸟的内心世界----家长课堂. Tan Lantian(Sky) hosted the “Entering the Inner World of Migrant Children — Parent Workshop” online via Tencent Meeting from 20:00 to 22:00 on August 31st.

在和诸多小候鸟的沟通过程中，发现父母和孩子的隔阂和不理解还是非常多的。所以，岚天希望可以通过孩子视角，作为小侯鸟代言人跟家长们分享解析“小候鸟”在成长中可能遇到的场景、真实需求，以及如何用孩子更易接受的方式沟通。 Through communications with many migrant children, Sky observed substantial barriers and misunderstandings between these children and their parents. Therefore, as an advocate for migrant children, Sky aimed to share and interpret common growth scenarios and their genuine needs from children’s perspectives, and explain how parents can communicate in ways more accessible to kids.

课堂全程吸引众多“小候鸟”父母参与，最高在线人数达89人，家长互动热情高涨。 The workshop successfully drew strong participation from parents of migrant children, peaking at 89 online attendees throughout the session. Parents actively engaged in discussions and showed great enthusiasm for interaction.

不同于以往说教大道理的模式，此次课堂中，谭岚天还原了一些现实生活中常见的场景“爸爸妈妈平时说什么会让我们不舒服”“我们希望爸爸陪你做什么”等等，更加生动且符合实际。 Breaking away from traditional lecture-style preaching, this parent workshop restored real-life parent-child communication scenarios, including what parental remarks make migrant children feel uncomfortable and what kinds of companionship children truly desire. The case-based sharing was vivid, practical, and closely aligned with children’s real daily experiences.

多位家长在互动中反馈：“换个孩子的视角，才突然明白之前的沟通都没说到点上，终于知道孩子真正需要什么了。” Many parents shared feedback during the session: “Seeing things from our child’s perspective, we suddenly realized our past communication missed the mark. We finally understand what our children truly need.”

原计划1.5小时的课堂，因家长们的热烈提问与交流，最终延长至2小时。活动结束后，仍有不少家长通过微信留言，继续向谭岚天请教亲子沟通中的具体问题。 Originally scheduled for 1.5 hours, the workshop was extended to 2 hours due to parents’ active questions and enthusiastic discussions. Even after the session ended, many parents continued to message Sky on WeChat to consult specific questions regarding parent-child communication.

此次“小候鸟”亲子课堂的实践也印证：家长课堂不应只局限于家长间的经验分享，更多邀请孩子视角参与、搭建亲子双向交流的平台，才能更精准地破解沟通难题。 This workshop confirmed that effective parent education should not be limited to adult experience-sharing. Introducing children’s perspectives and building a two-way communication platform allows parents to accurately identify real communication barriers and children’s underlying needs.

未来，针对“小候鸟”群体的亲子课堂将持续开展，为这类特殊家庭提供更具针对性的沟通指导，助力“小候鸟”与父母建立更亲密的亲子关系。 In the future, these parent workshops will continue for families of migrant children, providing targeted communication guidance to help bridge parent-child gaps and foster closer family relationships.
