哪塔库首届家长课堂圆满举行Nataku Hosts Its First Parent Workshop

谭岚天倡导企业家多关注员工家庭教育，8月30日哪塔库公司积极响应，在广州番禺万博举行首期家长课堂；近30位员工家长积极参与，现场互动热烈。 Responding to Tan Lantian(Sky)’s initiative urging entrepreneurs to pay more attention to employees’ family education, Nataku actively held its debut parent workshop at Wanbo, Panyu, Guangzhou on August 30. Nearly 30 employee parents took part in the event with enthusiastic on-site interactions.

本次家长课堂聚焦家长们普遍关心的育儿难题，分享者该公司总裁谭定军围绕两大核心话题展开分享：一是“如何理性看待孩子使用手机”，结合实际案例给出科学引导方法，帮助家长平衡管控与尊重；二是“怎样有效激励孩子学习”，从兴趣培养、正向鼓励等角度提供实用策略。此外，他还向所有家长发出重要呼吁：“孩子成长离不开陪伴，高质量的陪伴是家庭教育的核心。” Centered on common parenting challenges, the sharing session was delivered by Tan Dingjun, President of Nataku. He covered two core topics. The first was how to rationally view children’s mobile phone use. Drawing on real-life cases, he offered evidence-based guidance to help parents strike a balance between supervision and respect. The second topic explored effective strategies to motivate children to learn, including nurturing interests and positive reinforcement. He also put forward an important call to all parents: “Children cannot grow without companionship, and high-quality time with them lies at the heart of family education.”

活动中，家长们踊跃发言，主动分享自身在育儿过程中遇到的困惑与经验，现场讨论氛围浓厚。针对家长提出的具体问题，谭定军逐一耐心解答，给出针对性建议，获得家长们的一致认可。 During the session, parents spoke up actively, sharing their parenting struggles and experience, which created a vibrant discussion atmosphere. President Tan patiently answered each specific question raised by attendees and offered targeted advice, winning wide recognition from all participating parents.

据悉，哪塔库公司将持续推进职场人家长课堂系列活动，后续将围绕更多家庭教育热点话题开展分享，为员工搭建学习交流平台，助力员工更好地平衡工作与家庭，为孩子成长营造良好环境。 It is reported that Nataku will continue this series of parent workshops for working parents. Future sessions will cover more hot topics in family education, building a learning and exchange platform for staff. The series aims to help employees better balance work and family life and create a supportive environment for children’s growth.
